Prototype:

• Design Phase: Keep plane as a glider to test static margin
• Change scaling to 1/2.5 or 1/3 scale model
• Can build a full-scale prototype to test
• Control surfaces difficult to measure out
• Motors are slightly imbalanced
• Sluggish at low throttle

Changes:

• Weigh all components
• Start manufacturing earlier
• 1/2 scale prototype
• SolidWorks for dxf files
• 3D printing/keep track of filament better
• Find better way to attach push rods to control surface
• 6 bottle configuration probably won’t pursue, weight savings
• Wing planform changes
