• so here’s a very rudimentary rolling moment visualisation

found that max rolling moment is at +22.6 from the root. what does that mean?

that means I want aileron to span 40% span because I say so

per historical trends,

the aileron should be 14.4 ,in on each side

7.2 left of 22.6 right of 22.6

aileron size between 20-25% chord

do you have a rear spar? for the hingeline?
